1. Cancellation Policy
Since Arqen provides instant access to digital AI generation tools, cancellations are handled as follows:
- Subscription Cancellations: To cancel your subscription, please contact us at ashish.raj.dev04@gmail.com. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again.
- One-time Credit Purchases: Orders for credit packs cannot be cancelled once the credits have been added to your account balance.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods and server costs associated with AI generation:
- General Rule: All purchases (subscriptions and credit packs) are generally non-refundable.
- Exceptions: If you are charged due to a technical error or if the service is completely unavailable for a prolonged period (more than 24 hours), you may request a refund.
- Quality Satisfaction: We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with specific AI-generated images, as AI generation is inherently experimental.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us at ashish.raj.dev04@gmail.com with your transaction details. We will review your request within 3-5 business days.
